How to join
Joining Founders Running Club is straightforward. The best way to get started is to visit their social media pages using the links at the top of this page. Follow them on Instagram or Strava to stay updated on upcoming runs, meeting times, and locations.
Most run clubs — including those in Various — welcome newcomers at any group run. Simply show up at the stated time and location, introduce yourself, and you are part of the group. There is no sign-up or membership fee required for most clubs.
If you have questions before your first run, reach out through their social media. The running community in Various is friendly and inclusive — every runner was once a beginner.
